We absolutely loved our stay at the Tennis Club Villas in Kiawah Island! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made morning strolls and sunset views effortless and unforgettable. The villa itself was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we truly felt at home the entire time. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful landscaping added to the overall charm and made it the perfect place to unwind. We also appreciated how close it was to everything—tennis courts, biking paths, and all the natural beauty Kiawah has to offer. It was the ideal mix of convenience and tranquility. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Beautiful well equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. We stayed for a long weekend and with the living room and screened porch there was plenty of room for the tv watchers and readers to enjoy themselves. The hosts are excellent and very responsive to any questions. It also had beach equipment and a reasonable walk to the beach going past the golf course and next to the Sanctuary Hotel. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet stress free vacation.

We enjoyed our stay, and the location was nice for beach access. Overall, the apartment is nice, with the kitchen and living room being well furnished and comfortable. The bathrooms and second bedroom need some attention and maintenance. It was fine for our quick weekend and the price was good for a place on the Island.

The unit was in a great spot near the tennis courts and a short bike ride/ walk to beach. The unit could have been a little cleaner. Also, there was a sliding door that blocked part of the dryer. This made it difficult to get clothes in and out of dryer.
