Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was updated and mostly clean. However there was pet hair along some edges of the house and on one set of the bed sheets. Upon arrival the AC was broken and the house was 90 degrees. But they got the AC fixed in a timely fashion. We rented this house and the attached house next door but there was no way to connect one house to the other. So we had to go up and down a lot of stairs to see each other. Overall it was good and we’d stay here again. But went really like the connection of the upper decks to be an option.

It was convenient to be able to walk down the stairs to the uncrowded beach (a little further down, more crowded)The location was perfect for my family, easy walk to coffee, treats and entertainment. Would definitely return!

This was our second year staying at Keeping it Salty and we hope to be back next year for our third year in a row! It’s the cutest little house and perfect for our little family vacation. It’s always so clean even being a dog friendly house - you’d never know it (we don’t have a dog). It’s conveniently located to all the food and the little grocery store that you could walk if you needed/wanted to. Definitely recommend staying here!

The property overall was pretty good. We did arrive to find hair balls in the master bath shower and sink. We called the property manager and didn't hear from them for 2 days. It is a nice house and is well located. Unfortunately we also had rats running around on the deck and the ground below.
