Great location

Location was primo. You could walk out the front door and turn left or right and find whatever you needed. Grocery stores in both directions, food in both directions, shopping in both directions and water in both directions (left for the beach; right for the river and water activities) and room views were to die for every day morning and night

There were only ceiling fans, no a/c. Luckily we stayed during the cooler months so this was not an issue.

The property was in an amazing location - right on the water and less than 10 mins flat walk to Hastings Street. You really don't need to use your car when you are there. The size of the apartment overall is great! The bedrooms and living area are large and the balcony overlooking the pool and the water spans the entire width of the apartment. This is fabulous as we could sit there watching the boats go back and forth.

The apartment is quite dated. The second bathroom is very small with no storage space. There was a water leak in the ensuite whilst we were there and it was quite clear that this had been ongoing for some time as the cupboard under the sink showed signs of this. We were there for 9 days and there was very minimal cleaning products provided - there was no cleaning product for the kitchen benches which would be really helpful.

The location is fab and the view of Noosa river amazing. The pools are great

Dealing with the reception all the way in Hastings st and the lack of any management on site
