The house was great and just what we needed. It’s conveniently located from everything and away from the tourist/hotel zones. The pool was awesome and the view was amazing. The host was great and the communication was perfect. They took care of anything and everything we had need for. I’d recommend this location if you are looking for a home away from home.

We had a great stay here! House was clean and spacious! Outdoor area is amazing! Host was quick to respond.

Beautiful home! Backyard was perfect, we enjoyed the hammocks and fire pit so much! Great space for groups! Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Upon arrival the AC was not working, and while temporarily/ sporadically remedied, multiple contacts and visits were required to ultimately fix toward end of our stay. We had nine people staying and while temperatures outside were not very hot, it was hotter and more uncomfortable than should be inside. Outside gardening and yard clean up appeared to have been done just prior our stay, and pile was front and center street side until pickup later in week. The yard generally was depicted as posted, but not as tidied or fresh as one renting might expect.Household cleanliness upon arrival overall was less than expected for a rental of this price. The posted pictures of the Villa seemed reflect and perhaps date from an earlier time.
