The house and stay was pleasant. Short walk to the beach. Hot tub was nice and seemed to be kept up.

Loved the location. Close to the beach and downtown Seaside. House was clean and enjoyed the hot tub.

We had a great stay over the Christmas holiday and were happy to be able to bring our husky—there was a dog bed, pet amenities, and a fenced yard for dogs, which was clean and well maintained. The house was very clean, including the hot tub. The location is perfect, just one block from the Promenade and the beach. The kitchen has updated appliances, and everything worked great. One recommendation would be to provide a broom so guests can sweep. There was also no sponge for dishes, and not enough dish soap was provided—we ran out by the second day. Additionally, the kitchen utensils seemed limited, with a lack of cooking utensils and pots/pans.Overall, we had a relaxing stay. We did have an issue with the lock, but after calling the after-hours line we received immediate assistance. The customer service was excellent.
