Wonderful home!

Beautiful clean modern home with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We were amazed as soon as we opened the door. The layout is perfect. The pool and game room kept everyone busy. We enjoyed watching the fish from the dock and even saw manatee! The location of the home is perfect and located in a quiet area. Duncan is great to work with. They communicated throughout the trip. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat! I can't say enough good things about the home and team Duncan! We hope to stay there again our next trip to Anna Maria Island.

Can’t say enough about our time at this property. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock, we brought our own kayaks. Pool was fabulous. Highly recommend!

this house is such a treat! Duncan is easy to deal with and the location could not be better. Right in the heart of the action but quiet and secluded!
