Great place and excellent location

We had a wonderful stay at an Avant condo property in Lake Tahoe! The unit was located close to the ski lifts and well appointed with tasteful decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to make and serve meals. The community areas had comfortable furniture and a nice configuration. Instructions were given in a timely and easy to understand way. Communications were also good. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this property and would absolutely book again. The location couldn’t have been better, walking distance to the ski slopes, which made getting out early and coming back after a full day on the mountain incredibly easy.The home itself was spotless and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there.The host was also incredibly responsive and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, which made a big difference in starting our trip smoothly.
