Excellent property, would recommend to everyone.

Don’t look anywhere else. This condo is perfectly located, clean, updated and well stocked with essentials (we’ve stayed in many condos and this one was by far the best stocked condo we have stayed in, very much appreciated!). It was perfect for our group of 6. Only a few disappointments 1) the pool bathrooms were closed all week while we were there, 2) there is no hand rail to get in and out of the pool…and that first step is a doozy, 3) the road noise was somewhat annoying and lastly, by no fault of the owners, but our upstairs neighbor was very heavy footed even after midnight.

This condo was AMAZING! We had a group of 6, on our annual harley motorcycle trip. Each couple had their own room/bathroom, but enjoyed being to lounge out together in the living room and kitchen at night. Very very clean and sufficient.

We wanted a condo close to the Branson Recreation Center and Brian’s condo is just across the street. The condo was exactly as advertised and as the photos showed. It’s in great shape and was spotless which is really important to me. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were a perfect size for our family. All the furniture was very comfortable. The location was close to everything including The Landing. Brian’s communication was excellent. We had the check in information in a timely manner. He even sent information on favorite places to eat and things to do. Also, in the condo itself, Brian had a notebook with all kinds of helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. There even was a drawer which had scissors which we didn’t know we needed but Brian anticipated that. There is a good supply of paper products. Laundry pods and dryer sheets were provided. Also, each bedroom had a fan to use. I mention this because the fans were not listed as an amenity. No need to bring your own if you like to sleep with a fan on.Brian’s condo is exceptional and we definitely would stay there again! I highly recommend this condo for your visit to Branson!
