Really like the location. House could use some updates but overall enjoyed the stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 2nd time at this property in Palmetto Dunes. The value of this rental is great. When you look at what else is available for this price and location you will find rentals that are smaller, and less private. If you look for more updated or convenient properties the price goes up considerably. This is why we have been very happy to stay here twice so far. You can tell that there isn't much money spent on updating the house but the price can't be beat for what you get. Positives:-Large common area with open kitchen and family room.-Each of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom (one bathtub is here as well for little ones)-Very nice and private deck. Well shaded. Peaceful.-We LOVED going for walks on Haul Away heading into the neighborhood (away from Mooring Buoy) as there is very little traffic. The trees w/ moss, the gorgeous homes, and the sounds of nature were amazing.-Great price for what you get.Negatives:-The house could use some updating and maintenanceI highly recommend this for any family who wants the privacy and convenience of a single family home in Palmetto Dunes but doesn't want to pay top dollar. Very satisfied with our stays.

Great place!

The location was great, beautiful resort, short walk to the beach but a few recommendations, the stove is very slow to heat up as were the burners on it. The sliding door isn't secure, the lock doesn't work and they have a piece of wood in the runner to substitute. It's a rental, not very home like feeling.
