Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’établissement, la piscine et surtout la qualité du ménage dans la chambre, qui était excellent. Le personnel était globalement très gentil et accueillant. Nous avions également demandé une décoration spéciale pour l’anniversaire de ma belle-mère : elle a été réalisée avec beaucoup de soin et parfaitement conforme à notre demande. C’était une très jolie attention qui a contribué à rendre son anniversaire agréable.
Quelques problèmes ont malheureusement marqué notre séjour : la télévision ne fonctionnait pas et, lors d’une soirée pluvieuse, l’eau est entrée dans la chambre par le plafond. La chasse d’eau est également restée hors service pendant environ 24 heures. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, le jus de la machine était très dilué et ressemblait davantage à de l’eau. Enfin, le café commandé au bar de la piscine était servi en très petite quantité pour un prix de 5 dinars.
