There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

Plenty of room for hanging out and eating big meals together for our multigenerational group of 13 ranging from ages 3 to 78. Beautiful views of the intercostal “lake” and a very relaxing vibe. The cousins were all entertained by the pool table, skee-ball, and the actual pool, all the parents were thrilled to have plenty of bedrooms, and the grandparents were so happy to have everyone together. While the property is not 7 minutes from the beach/boardwalk on foot (unless you’re jogging at a quick clip) it’s a reasonable 15 minute pedestrian/stroller friendly walk. Chet was quick to respond to our questions. If you are particular about bed set-ups, as the listing says, the furniture is subject to change so check with the owner in advance on king vs queen vs bunk etc. (We were surprised there wasn’t a room with bunk beds as pictured but realize that was our mistake and all was well. The house already had a number of pack-n-plays and high chairs so if you are traveling with littles, before you bring or rent, check your needs with the owner. FYI the recent construction on the raised sea walls means the dock isn’t accessible without climbing (not appropriate for littles or elderly) but imagine that is temporary.

The house was as described and the communication with the owner was fast and simple. We really appreciated our time there. Also, the short 7 min walk to the beach was the perfect distance and balance.

Perfect house for large families. Many great restaurants in area, easy access to great beach.The bed in Master bedroom was a little difficult to sleep on, otherwise enjoyed the house.
