There were ants in one of the bathrooms with a king size bed. There was hair on the floor in both bathrooms with the king size bed. Nice house, all the signs everywhere saying what to do and not to do was a little annoying but I guess that is necessary for some guests. Besides that the house was really nice and roomy. The ponderosa river outfit was a little disappointing also. We used another outfit.

Great house and great hosts!

We highly recommend this home. We prefer to stay directly on the river and close to town and this home was perfect. The setup of the house was great for eight people. It was nice having two primary bedrooms, both with bathrooms. There is one large room which was perfect for accommodating kids or larger groups. The house had so much space for gatherings. The outside view cannot be beat. The hosts were very responsive. The house had everything we needed. We will for sure stay here again.

Our group of mature ladies loved the house. Perfect location to launch from the back stairs. Quiet neighborhood and lots of room to split up and visit in smaller groups. Sleeping arrangements and kitchen were perfect. We will be back and recommend to others.
