Comfortable, extra blankets, pillows, everything you need to cook in condo! Great location, family centered.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our family. The gated community gave us an added sense of security, which we truly appreciated. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and informative. The entire community was beautifully maintained and very clean. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the swimming pool, tennis courts, and wash area for rinsing sand off.The three-bedroom home exceeded our expectations! It was spotless, spacious, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. The view was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special.Ruthanne was an exceptional host. She responded quickly to every question and was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Our family made so many wonderful memories here, and we’re truly grateful to God for leading us to this beautiful place. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable vacation.

The view and proximity to the beach is perfect! Beds were very comfortable and the condo is beautifully decorated. Upon arrival the ac was on 76 so it took quite a bit of time to cool, but once it did, we were comfortable for our entire stay! We were missing toilet paper and our host had some there for us within minutes! Sea Vista never disappoints!

We found the property to be just as the description and pictures showed. Our family of six(4adults & 2 young teens) felt very comfortable with each sleeping arrangements. The property was clean and offered up to date appliances and decor. Also, the addition of beach and pool toys and chairs were available and easily accessible. We were literally a short walk to the beach and in the water in minutes. Also, any outside shopping and restaurants were available within minutes away. Can only say that this was perfect for our family get a way from San Antonio to South Padre. Thank you so much!
