The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, in a perfect location. The host, Ivana, was professional and personable. She helped familiarize us with the apartment, showing us how everything works. Her communication was top notch- communicating before, during and after our stay to ensure all was going smoothly and to check in to see if we needed anything. She helped connect us with tour operators, and taxi in the area. The hot tub was an amazing perk, and we used it every evening after a full day of exploration.

I was hoping for a view of the Boka Bay, but instead we had a wonderful patio and hot tub!

State of the art accommodation 2 mins walk from the shore and 15 min walk to Kotor Old town. Rooms are cozy, very good shower and a helpful host. 10/10

Incredible property. Once you opened the secure gate you were in paradise of the property as well as the room. Truly deservea rhe name LUX!

That I did not book more nights here....

A wonderful place to stay in Kotor! The location is perfect – in a quiet and peaceful area, yet close enough to the Old Town. The owner showed us a lovely seaside promenade that provides a quick and pleasant walk to the center. There is also a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. The apartments are modern, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. And the view is simply incredible! Having a private parking space is also a huge convenience. Ivana (the owner) is very kind and friendly, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kotor!
