Wonderful, clean property! Perfect for our three families. Loved having a pool onsite.Great location too. Close to the beach and several dining establishments. Eric was the best host and his communication is excellent!

This was our second stay at the property. We very much enjoy the location of this property. It is with in walking distance of the beach, shops, coffee shops, mini golf, and numerous eating establishments. The view from the deck in the mornings is great and we saw many dolphins swim by during our stay. Our experience this time was a little less pleasurable than our last stay. When we arrived, the garbage cans needed to be moved to the curb. This was fine but even after they were emptied, they smelled awful. Every time we entered and exited the condo, we were hit with the awful smell. The kitchen also reeked of fish or dirty garbage. We needed to purchase a cleaner for the garbage disposal and air fresheners. The bedrooms are great and the beds are comfortable. It is wonderful having so many bathrooms. The pool was clean and great for swimming. However, the pool chairs need to be upgraded. Not much seating available and what was there is torn or damaged. During our previous stay that condo was much better stocked. This time there was just less tools/supplies. All in all, it was a good stay and we enjoyed our trip to the beach.

Amazing host— clear, prompt communication!Perfect location— near the beach and great restaurantsBeautiful house— clean, plenty of space, separate bathrooms with each bedroom

Property itself was in a good location and was nice. Unfortunately, the week we were there, a roofing company was replacing the roof..... had to watch workers climbing up and down ladders obstructing view over our balcony, various items dropping from roof, watching for nails left over in driveway, loud music and early wake ups compliments of roofers. We also struggled with roofing trucks blocking what limited parking there already was. Would have appreciated a heads up from the owners that roof replacing was a possibility during that week, as we might have looked at other places to stay (mandatory notice on door of rental gave date range that replacement would occur) We were also greeted with two large overflowing trash cans at the front door upon arrival. The biggest disappointment was not being given the information regarding roof replacement upon booking or given a call when the dates were known of possible replacement, so myself and my family could have decided if that was something we were ok with dealing with on our once a year vacation.
