Great place for a weekend away!

The house is so big and well spaced. Loved the second living room! We really appreciated the window ac units upstairs. If early morning sun bothers you, bring room darkening shades because the house is nice and bright! Loved morning coffee outside on the patio, lots of songbirds. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses pots and pans to serve big family meals. Host was very responsive, check in was easy, proximity to the beach was perfect, the nearby playground was fun for the young ones. A house I'd like to return to!

The property was very nice and accommodated us well. We had a wonderful family reunion and enjoyed the location of the house which was close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. The outdoor space was great! The park was nearby and very nice as well. My two comments would be the kitchen prep area was smaller than expected. We did pay for a late checkout but received a text our last morning that we were to check out at 10 am. , which was unexpected and had us hustling to get everything in proper order. It was resolved but too late for us to enjoy our last morning there. We would very much like to rent this house again next year for the same week.

The property was in a great location and was clean and neat. But, I do have some constructive feedback for host. The furniture and decor was a bit old and worn. The bathrooms were outdated and the shower pressure in the downstairs bathroom was very weak. I did not like that there was no main bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The outside was lovely, but the firepit was really old and used - there were no logs for a fire. I was also disappointed that were no beach chairs. I did bring my own towels, but I assumed there would be some sort of beach chairs for my use.
