Our staycation in Tahoe was perfect with this private beach access. Condo is adorable and owners were great at communicating check in/out process. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Central location, great communication with the hosts, and clean accommodations. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely property. Well appointed. Perfect girlfriend getaway.

So this is a good enough unit in a good enough location in northern Lake Tahoe, but the listing overstates a few things…..The initial photographs and name ‘Tahoe Vista’ all imply that there is a fantastic view of the Lake from the unit. There is not, there is barely any view, maybe if you stand on your tiptoes. There is a private beach, but it is tiny, much smaller than the beaches that the complexes on either side have and the water gets quite scummy when there is lots of pollen in the summer as the beach traps it. There are also some rules that the listing fails to mention. Despite the fact that it is a pay in full on booking no cancellation listing, it fails to mention that a week before you arrive you will be sent a new contract with a set of rules and every adult has to sign separately. Of course if you don’t you can’t stay and you won’t get your money back. And then there is the list of other rules…like don’t use the non stick pans at higher than a medium heat (why bother putting them in the unit if you have to have rules like this?). So like I said it’s a good enough unit in a good enough location just don’t think it’s quite everything the listing implies.
