Very comfortable room, plenty of storage space, table and seats in the bay window. Plentiful supply of hot drinks. Roomy ensuite, very clean. Short walk to sea front. Bit further for the pier.
Narrow route to parking at back of property. Need to be a confident driver. Perhaps better signage to indicate where turning spot is positioned (it was hiding behind plant leaves)
