Great location, right beside a bus stop. Super helpful and friendly staff, complimentary shortbread - YUM! And a nice clean room in a quiet location.
Not being able to have food in our room.

Location
Noisy - we were in room 1 next to room 6 who had their toilet in a separate room opposite side the corridor just outside our room

They arranged access out of normal hours. The sherry was a nice touch.
No breakfast provided. No human contact whatsoever with hosts, all contact was via email/SMS.
