The apartment was very quiet, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable visit.
The inner courtyard is a true oasis in the middle of Athens. Yiorgos has designed and maintained it beautifully, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that makes you forget you’re in a busy city.
The neighborhood can feel a little rough around the edges at first, but as a solo female traveler, I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable during my stay.

Great small “homemade” hotel, close to metro…
You must be prepared that the district is not “luxury” at all, lots of graffiti and not very clean place, but some places and coffee places quite nice

The hotel yard and room are very beautiful. The room was clean and had everything one could need.
They are very flexible with self-check, which is very convenient.
The host is super friendly as well.
The area is really rough, you have to be very careful.
Price a bit too high especially for this area.
