Everything was fine

The room was great—just like in the photos—and everything was very clean; the bathroom was excellent, with a great shower, and the terrace and pool access were fantastic. Breakfast was also excellent—plentiful and with a wide variety.

The only thing we didn't like—and something that needs improvement, at least in our case—was the service from the reception staff. On the day we arrived, the woman assisting us tried to give us a room that wasn't the one I had booked and paid for. We had chosen a very large room on the third floor with a king-size bed, a terrace, and a pool view for extra peace and quiet. I found it strange when she handed me the key and it turned out to be for a ground-floor room. Upon entering, we saw it was a different room—smaller, though with a sea view. When I went back down to speak to her, she was very rude, claiming the room she’d assigned was more expensive and better. I had to be very firm with her, insisting that I wanted the room I had actually booked and paid for, and telling her she had no right to make that decision for me. She then claimed there were no other rooms available. I stood my ground, telling her I wouldn't leave until she resolved the issue, as I was entitled to the room I had chosen. Finally, looking annoyed, she made a call, and within a few minutes, she gave me the key to the correct room. We got what we were entitled to, but after that incident, our interactions with reception remained merely polite—strictly professional and nothing more. That part was very disappointing
