The man who owns it is the most friendly man ever and so helpful! Gave us loads of great recommendations and makes the nicest breakfast ive had yet. Its a minute walkway from the centre of town and the air-conditioning is amazing.
The only thing I would say is that the bed was quite hard, but slept on it fine. We also found a couple of hairs in the bathroom. But other than that it was very clean, and I really do recommend the stay.

It was very clean and a great location! The hosts were so welcoming and very helpful to find the right activities (cooking class, boats, …) and know where to go (night market, lantern boat, old town, …)
I have nothing to say. I think it’s a great value for the money

Everything was great. Great location. Rooms were comfortable with great aircon. Amenities good. Best thing about this homestay is the owner mr Phong. He organises almost anything you want to do and his prices are really good. He makes great breakfast and coffee in the morning aswell. He's got contacts all over hoi an so anything you need you tell him and it's done. Couldnt recommend this place more!!!
