Beautiful property on the river. The host provides two kayaks and a paddleboard which we used and saw 4 manatees. Host was very quick to respond to minor issues/questions we had. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Would definitely rent from Amanda again.

This property was amazing. Our family vacation will be a longtime memory. The location was perfect (private but minutes to the beach, local restaurants and other beautiful towns.) The property was so clean, comfortable, pool and spa loved by all, the kitchen and dining area beautiful and well equipped. The recreational equipment a definite plus. The host was welcoming, gracious and attentive. Look forward to returning in the future…

This was an amazing rental! The house has an open yet comfy feel to it with a view of the water from most of the rooms. Everything was very clean and in working order. The layout can accommodate a large family easily. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything you need for the pool and beach was provided. The game room, pool, hot tub, shuffleboard and ping pong table offers something for all ages. Our teenage boys claimed the whole bottom floor as their personal domain! The elevator worked well and is perfect for families needing some assistance with stairs. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Amanda was a perfect host. Very attentive and great communications. We will definitely rent again!

This house is gorgeous. The property is large, well appointed, and great for entertaining. There is a ton of indoor and outdoor space. The pool and hot tub were easy to operate. There were a ton of games (pool, arcade, board games and the barroom slide game). There were kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys. The house had everything. This is a great property!
