This was our second stay at this home, we will continue to go back every year! It’s plenty big enough for a large family. Our host was amazing! This place exceeds expectations!

We loved our stay on the beach! It was very nice! Really nice on the inside with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The outside deck was huge with a great view of the beach and plenty of seating. Under the house was just as spacious with concrete which was perfect and had plenty of seats there as well. We will definitely rent here again.

The property was just as described. Location was fantastic. Host kept in touch to see if we needed anything. The house was immaculate. The view was amazing!

Pros: the location and proximity to the beach and access road was nice. Response of the owner/manager was fast with below concerns. Good sized rooms and plenty of space for a family. Good sized deck with plenty of seating. Con’s: dried food stuck on floors, bathroom tub was dirty with tons of lint or fuzz. Trash cans were full from previous guests who didn’t take it out on trash day. No one came to empty it once they were notified. The grill pictured isn’t what is there. It’s a Traeger which doesn’t dispense the pellets. The pellets bags were soaking wet and swollen anyways. 2 out of 4 stove burners don’t work. Refrigerator doesn’t shut all the way unless you push hard in the bottom. Water softener came apart under the house twice and spewed water everywhere. Septic with large amount of standing sewage in top. No lamps in the bedrooms. Overall, it needs to have a lot of work done to fix all the above issues and it would have potential to be a nice house. I would verify that these issues have been fixed prior to staying here.
