This luxury cottage on Big Bob Lake has all the amenities any family could want. Enjoy a expansive dock that will easily fit all your guests. Dive into fun on the water with canoes, kayaks, paddle board, foam platform, and a swim raft. Sit on one of two decks overlooking the lake or the large grass area. Inside the cottage two large living rooms and a screened in porch means a spot for everyone. Winters = skating, snowshoeing, xc ski or snowmobiles.
The space
Walk into a chefs kitchen including a quartz counter top island, double sink, and top of the line appliances including a dishwasher. The main floor living area is full of natural light with floor to ceiling windows. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The master bedroom is conveniently located off the main floor, including a luxury tub, double glass walk in shower and balcony overlooking the lake. A second bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor as well as a three piece washroom. The screened porch is a hit in the spring, summer and fall. Downstairs you will find three bedrooms, another three piece washroom, and a large recroom with a walkout to the lake. The recroom includes a wood burning fireplace, bar with fridge and dishwasher, and many comfortable couches and chairs, plus plenty of natural light.
Note: for winter renters, you will need an all-wheel drive vehicle such as an SUV, as our road has 2 hills, which may be snow-covered.

This is an absolutely beautiful cottage and lakefront property, as stunning as it looks in the photos - we will definitely be back! We've been renting cottages for almost 20 years now in Ontario, and this was by far our family favourite. Great setting for a growing family get-together (also pet-friendly!) with lots of gathering and lounging spaces throughout. The lake was warm and clean for swimming, and has a weed-free sandy bottom. We had lots of fun using the canoe and paddle board, and swimming to the dock and and playing on the lilypad. Other highlights included the gourmet kitchen and large dining table overlooking the lake, all of the bedroom space and multiple bathrooms, the screened in patio, and lots of games like crib and corn hole. A true gem with wonderful hosts!!!

Wonderful place to relax with a large family. Host communicated clearly and well in advance, very responsive to any questions that came up before and during our stay. Just beautiful!!

The property and its lakeside location were amazing. It was very peaceful and had all the necessary facilities. Robert was very responsive and always quick to reply whenever we contacted him. Since we were the first guests of the summer season, the A/C was not working properly during a couple of hot days. Robert genuinely tried to help and even offered us an extra day’s stay, which we appreciated, but because of the heat we were unable to extend our stay. The main floor felt quite warm, though the basement stayed cool and comfortable enough for us to manage. Overall, we had a good experience, would definitely recommend this property, and truly appreciate Robert’s communication and hospitality.
