We loved the site, but we expected cable TV and thought there would be AC. Marianne was right that AC was not needed, after we figured out the ceiling fan.A couple site issues. The site manager has not mowed the grass andThere was a hazard with the stairs to the beach missing and no caution tape or warning sign to block the 15 foot drop ! The stairs were installed a couple days later. The dumpster placement compromised our parking spot. We could not have parked more than 1 car there. Why can't we park in front of our cabin? We love Popham, but felt the amenities were overstated and the price was high.

This is our third year staying here, and it is always wonderful. Steps from the beach and a cozy little spot for our stay. Looking forward to visiting again.

Could work From there but due to Wi-Fi could not. Couldn’t reach landlord as no signal at all. Neighbor assisted and fixed the issue
