Property just as advertised....very quiet environment and able to relax on the patio and in the hot tub. Kitchen and whole house has everything you might need from music to kitchen essentials. Owner very responsive.

Larry and his Desert Peacock property was perfect for our stay. We had everything we needed. Larry responded to all of our communications quickly. We would stay here again.

Larry was a great host & has done a great job making his place feel like home. This can be seen in all the details making it a great stay for our family. From the fresh linens to all the other amenities provided, we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Although we came with a plan to visit the general area, Larry was not only great communicating, but also provided tips to help. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future

This house was a delight to stay in, lots of extra little nice touches that Larry gave to the spot that made it a really lovely stay. Lots of wildlife to watch while sitting and drinking your coffee on the porch in the morning, too :)
