Great location, steps away from the beach! It looked like it is slowly being renovated- which is great but there are still several areas that need improvement. The parking is great, the area is very quiet!

Working with Benchmark Management was a good experience. Communication via email and text was encouraged with timely response. The unit was clean and available prior to the promised time. Recently updated, comfortable furniture and all necessary accessories for the kitchen were available. The electric Weber Grill worked better than expected! No issues with A/C, Plumbing, or other mechanical items. We loved the ease of access to the Beach (no gates, no codes, no obstructed views)! All common areas were well maintained. Only areas of concern: 2 of the deck chairs were unusable; sliding glass doors were difficult to operate (an $8 can of WD40 made a HUGE difference). We would certainly stay at this location again.

The location of this condo is great! The condo itself was comfortable but could use some TLC! The mattresses and bed pillows in all the bedrooms could use a refresh. The pots and pans in the kitchen could be added to and replaced. The back sliding door handle needs to be replaced and is very hard to open.
