The carpet felt wet for the first 24 hours. As though they had cleaned the entire carpet of the house that morning. We arrived 6:45 so would’ve expected it to be dry by then so whole house had a faint smell of mildew. V clean except for that. V comfortable house and as advertised. The wildlife that visited every morning and evening was just a nice touch.

This was the lowest price on VRBO. It was sufficient but we got what we paid for. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. Two main complaints. First, the beds were horrible. Mattresses must be 20 years old. You are sleeping on hard springs. Second, while the house didn’t smell like smoke the towels clearly had come from the home of a smoker. They stunk like smoke. Luckily, we had beach towels with us that we could use as shower towels. The place wasn’t fancy but it met our needs. Keep in mind there are no close stores or restaurants.
