Location, canal view from windows, use of charming courtyard
Bathtub: very narrow. Only 9 inch clearance to stand due to soffit, hand held spigot not high shower head.

The room was large with a balcony and a small kitchen/dinning area.
The shower floor was a little slippery, but water pressure and heat was excellent. 😊

The host was very welcoming and accommodating allowing us to keep our luggage there until check in time. The location was ideal and felt very safe. Everything was clean and comfortable, the bathroom would have been tight for a taller traveler.
The only downside was the noise early in the morning. I’m unsure if this was other travelers dragging their luggage down the road or what it was. But it was 4:45a and incredibly loud. This is clearly something that wouldn’t happen all the time so don’t let it keep you from booking this stay

The location was good when we eventually found the place
Not really a hotel. No staff on site. It’s just a few rooms. No reception. We were met when we arrived and given keys. That was the only time we saw anybody. No daily service. Bathroom was across the hall but exclusively ours. No hot water on second day. Mould in shower which also wasn’t clean. Mound on walls. The place was full of air fresheners and damp removal pots - smelled like a nursing home
