We had a wonderful stay at Seagrove Beach. The location could not be better, very central, and just a short golf cart ride from all the main areas (Seaside, Alys, Rosemary, etc). Only a few steps away from the beach - which is stunning! The area has some of the best beaches in the US. 
The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, ideal for families of 6. The host was very helpful and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend- a fabulous place to stay!

Located just across the street from the beach. Great location for walking to restaurants or driving to Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Unit was clean and comfortable. Small issue with the tv was quickly addressed by the management team. Highly recommended this unit.

This property was amazing, the condo was beautiful, clean, and up to date. It was the perfect size for our family of 6 and the location to the beach couldn’t have been any better just walk across 30a and your at the beach. There was an ice cream shop, pizza place and Mexican restaurant right there. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay off 30a

“ **Rating: 8/10** We recently stayed at this VRBO rental and had a wonderful time overall. The location on 30A is fantastic, with easy access to a beautiful beach and a well-maintained pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The amenities provided were nice overall, but the kitchen tools could use updating, especially for someone wanting to cook a lot during the stay. Several of the cooking pans are warped and not great condition, and could use a large pitcher, for mixing drinks, sangria, etc. Our stay was comfortable and convenient. However, there were a couple of issues that slightly detracted from our experience. The cleanliness of the property wasn't up to our expectations; we found some areas that needed better attention, and we took care of them. Additionally, we were concerned about the presence of cameras on the back deck and at the front door entry. While we understand the need for security, it felt a bit intrusive and impacted our privacy. Despite these relatively minor concerns, we had a pleasant stay overall, and appreciated the host's responsiveness and hospitality. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and clearer communication about the cameras, this rental can be amazing!!!
