Great condo, great ocean view. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful, unobstructed ocean view with easy access to miles of beach. Condo was clean and comfortable with a well-appointed, easy-to-use kitchen. Pretty grounds. Walking distance to many restaurants. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week in Unit #115. The unit is way below the standard one would expect. Carpets dirty, blinds broken, plumbing coming apart, furniture ripped from pets perhaps etc. Our Stubbs representative confirmed that the owners were aware of the problems previously. A terrific property location we would use again. Not this unit. We toured other rentals in substantially better shape!
