This is our go-to beach vacation spot. The location is an easy walk to the water and right across from the pool. Shannon has the house stocked with everything you need and is super quick to communicate with you. The house is very clean and we love waking up to the amazing views. Thanks for another great stay this year! Hope to be back!

Simplicity was the perfect place for my family of 4! The kids each had their own sleeping spaces and the primary bedroom was perfect. The point was so chill and the beach was very quiet. We felt like we had the whole South Island to ourselves. The house was super clean and the host was incredibly responsive and goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

First time in topsail. Great overall experience. House had everything and more. Kitchen was fully stocked and was perfect for eating in. Beach was an easy walk and had tons of open space. Neighborhood was fantastic and walking around the point was a daily treat. Highly recommend and Shannon was a great host.
