Great service, nice breakfast, big room, cleanness & cleaning were very good. Great location for our needs

the shower missed some hangers, shower head could hold better, a mop could help preventing wet floor

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good location. Good shower. Very close to 2 metro lines. 7 minutes walk to metro station with direct link to the airport. I would stay here again.

The breakfast arrangement. You have to select what you want for breakfast and the time you want it the day before. I don’t always know what I will fancy for breakfast the day before so this is not ideal. A buffet breakfast would be much better.

The hotel is like a jewel-box, it is very beautiful, comfortable, elegant and the atmosphere is really special. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious and diverse and the staff is amazing, very friendly, very nice, always smiling, make me feel like I am home. The location is very central, I could not find a better place to stay in Sofia. :)

The hotel itself is quite cute and the rooms have AC.

Interaction with staff was highly dependent on the person on duty. The two female staff were welcoming, friendly, engaging and observant. When they were preparing the breakfast it was a a good looking as well as nice tasting meal. The male staff was indifferent, and seem bothered by hotel guests. When he was on breakfast duty, he didn’t know your order (even though one needs to write it on a paper form the night before) and after asking repeatedly what you ordered, the food look pathetic … like the eggs were thrown in the pan and beaten. Otherwise, the hotel has no elevator and the narrow staircase may be an issue with heavy luggage or visitors with reduced mobility. The bathroom in my room would stay flooded after the shower for a good 20mins, as the shower drain couldn’t keep up.
