Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our yearly family Girls Trip! Will definitely book again. Home was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfy mattresses. We stay in this same area every year and super easy walk to the beach. Rental agency was great to deal with and stayed in touch. Highly recommend!!

Love this beautiful property and ideal location. Overwhelmingly great stay; however, inflexible check-in/check-out policies were not friendly for our traveling toddlers and infants. The property management company could improve their communication. We have toddlers who traveled across the country and needed naps. When we asked for early check-ins, the property management company said that we could possibly check in at 2pm, but it came and went and they were difficult to get a response from. Ultimately, 2pm was NOT possible, so it would have been better if they'd never said we might be able to so that we could have planned our kids nap situation more easily. For similar reasons, we needed late check-out. While this WAS possible, they charged us 100 for an additional four hours. Fine, but we saw they didn't have new guests for four days...so don't expect flexibility on the 4pm check in and 10am check-out.

House is in very good shape and is well maintained. 5 minutes or less to the beach, restaurants and other amenities.

The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to both the beach and several great restaurants. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved spending time on the top balcony, where we could even catch a view of the ocean. The host was exceptional, always responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything went smoothly, and we had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway!
