Lovely surroundings, nice pool

I booked the triple room as I wanted a separate bed from my mum, but had to pay an extra 18 euros to have that bed made up, you needed to pay for Nespresso coffee- normally this would be included

Such a chilled beautiful place to stay, 20 min walk into Bergerac, Clara so helpful and friendly, nothing was a bother. Everywhere spotless, amazing pool which we had to ourselves every day, so quiet and peaceful, amazing breakfast too

Brilliant getaway in a very rural area - amazing for some peace and quiet. The owner is absolutely lovely and goes above and beyond for anything you need.

The breakfast was very good, however the coffee could have been much hotter. Large room. Friendly owner.

It was further from the heart of Bergerac than expected. A long 20-25 minute walk along a busy uninteresting street to get into town. The pool was covered and not easily accessible and the hot tub had an extra charge to use, which was not mentioned in the pre-booking details. The room was very hot and no air conditioning. Also on the reservation printout, the language used to tell guests that this was not a hotel, there was no staff, just the owner, and that the owner's rules had to be abided by, was rather harsh. Suggest softer approach. Also the check-in of 5:30 is quite late. It doesn't leave guests a chance to settle in and relax before going out to eat (there are no restaurants within a short walking distance)
