The stay looks picture-perfect and truly captures the essence of nature in modern tents. You’d get amenities of a hotel room in the middle of a forest. The room is heated, has a tea/coffee maker, de-humidifier and basic bath amenities with heated water. Wifi is a big bonus along with breakfast included in the package, not to mention it won’t be a generic buffet and every plate is made to order. There’s a park, indoor games and good amount of activities. Rooms are clean and things that really stood out- insane amount of power outlets and water bottles per room.

The last km of road leading up to the property is extremely narrow, slippery and prone to land slides, also it’s filled with illegally parked tourist cars and bikes making it even narrower. We weren’t briefed about any of this. The area itself has poor mobile network and frequent power cuts, meaning you lose all room heating. They didn’t switch on the back-up generator unless I asked for it. We were consistently told the wrong times for breakfast and check-out, with each preponed by 30 mins. It felt like a way to get in faster turnaround. Also, everything is far overpriced, for instance a picnic for two would be ₹6400 plus GST, ₹3200 per person.

The quietude, cleanliness and simplicity

We ( a family of three) could have stayed easily in one tent.. they had a sofa bed in addition to a double bed. But Booking.com doesn’t give us that option so we ended up taking two tents and pay double!! It was very unnecessary.

The location is absolutely the best in mussoorie.. very courteous staff.. nice food.. a shout out to amit in the waitstaff. And the best of all kajal the friendly doggy..

Tariff isn't worth the place. Management should look into it. Also, the strict 1100am checkout is a little obnoxious. People should be allowed to check out at 12 .
