The spacious vacation home “Sonnenpalais” is a semi-detached house with a large east-south-west-facing terrace. Cozy patio furniture, including two lounge chairs and a beach chair, in a well-maintained garden creates a relaxing atmosphere. A carport and two additional parking spaces are available—there’s also a shelter for bicycles. You’ll find a handcart in the garden shed. The 350-square-meter property is fenced and located on a private road in an absolutely quiet area (no through traffic) yet still central.

Our cozy and modern luxury vacation home is lovingly furnished and can accommodate up to 6 people and one toddler.

On the first floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a cozy seating area, a large dining table (for 6 people), and a high chair. A flat-screen TV (with satellite connection), DVD player, and radio with CD and USB ports are provided.
The elegant kitchenette is fully equipped and includes, for example, a dishwasher, refrigerator, separate freezer, microwave, and stove with a ceramic cooktop.
The utility room has a washing machine and a dryer.
The guest bathroom has a shower.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom also has a TV and a balcony. Each room comes standard with a radio alarm clock. The bathroom is spacious and features a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

The attic is ideal for children. It features two single beds and a play area.

We offer underfloor heating on the first floor and first floor; two radiators are installed in the attic. Insect screens are included.

Upon arrival, you’ll find the beds already made, along with bath towels, hand towels, dish towels, and a bath mat (provided once).
