Mylome Luxury Hotel & Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

We had a room with swimming pool, it was absolutey great! Staff was extrardinary. Breakfast extraordinary.

In that "private" wimming pool, there were all kinds of neighbours - some which were almost sitting on our terrace, some others screaming, etc. So, in theory, it was very nice to have a room with a private pool, in practice, people saw me in my lingerie because they were keep going back and forth in "our" pool. Also, it's important to mention that the resort is not adults only, and, althrough it wasn't full, it was quite noisy sometimes.

There’s no actual reason someone shouldn’t be happy about this hotel!

The rooms are very nice and spacious. The beach is perfect for kids, they can’t get lost, cuz you are able to see them. The temperature of the sea was just perfect, even it was already end of September. Despite the hotel being so big it was easy to move around. The evening activities for kids ( trampoline, cars, kids playground) and the entertainment shows were amazing.

The quality of food and drinks. I found it a bit cheap. We r very cautious about what we eat and what we give to our kids. There was a lot of fast food options, every day nuggets and fries, burgers, pizzas, frozen products which is ok sometimes or in some amount, but for our taste it was a lot of it. The cleanliness in some areas wasn’t spotless. The beachtowels definitely needs to be changed, they were old and smelly. The plastic beach bads gives a very cheap vibe. The bar at the pier was smelly, and not so clean. The coffee was awful specially from the machines. The hotel is only 6 years old, but unfortunately gives a much older feeling. I understand that the amount of the guest staying in the hotel is high and it’s hard to maintain…

Scheduled entertainment, all inclusiveness, private beach (even though very small beach).

1- even though you book the hotel with offered payment condition by booking.com “pay at the hotel”, the hotel makes several tries without you consent. 2- According to the bank, the hotel has listed itself as a “timeshare” which results in that credit card payment at the hotel considered by the bank as cash withdrawal thus hits by the cash drawls limits applied by the bank. So either you must have a second credit card with you to pay the amount exceeding the cash drawls limit, or you must convince the administration personal to accept to divide the amount in two and perform the payment in 2 different days, which is cumbersome. 3- the hotel is situated several miles far from Alayna which results is huge transportation cost by taxi even though they use taxi meter but the taxi rate is raised by almost 100% since last year.
