Very friendly and helpful guy at check-in.
Upgraded to a suite which was much appreciated.
Parking was easy and inexpensive.
Cool little extras - we plaid vinels, had a bath in the bedroom and great shower pressure.
Maybe a little more leg room in the tiolet but picking at straws here!

Location is fantastic. Right on the viaduct but very quiet. Stylish rooms, and the extras are great. Breakfast really good.
The spa is a hot tub outside behind a fence - not the best. Toilet glass box - European style - just doesn’t give you any privacy if there are two of you staying.

This hotel is so cool and funky. It’s in a great location, right next to the waterfront, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Our room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Auckland.
Nothing at all
