Francisco and his team helped make our girls trip to Costa Rica unforgettable! The villa was the perfect size for 5 adults and a child, it was spotless, and had beautiful views of the Pacific and distant mountains. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and loved our proximity to beaches, grocery store, shopping, and all our planned adventures/activities. Francisco was extremely helpful and communicative from the early days of planning our trip to moment we departed for the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation. Amazing house, location and service from staff! Will be recommending to family and friends. Pool is amazing, view is awesome and every room is comfortable and nice furniture. Coco beach has a lot of speed bumps. Golf cart may have been better option than car but personal choice.

This villa near Playa Hermosa was the perfect home base for our family’s 4-night stay in Guanacaste. The property is stunning, beautifully maintained, and the pool and views alone are worth it—we even spotted monkeys and parrots during our stay.Francisco (the concierge) and the housekeeping/cooking team were exceptional. Breakfast each morning was outstanding.While not in a gated community, the home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with evening security, and we always felt safe.The house was fully stocked with everything we needed—kitchen essentials, towels, beach gear, games, and toiletries. The only minor issue was a two-day internet outage, which was out of anyone’s control.It’s about a 10-minute drive to Playa Hermosa (great restaurants and a grocery store) and Playas del Coco (larger with more shops and dining), with easy access to other nearby beaches—definitely rent a car to explore.Overall, an excellent, memorable stay. We’d absolutely book with this management company again. Pura vida!

The house was exactly what you would want to stay at when traveling to Costa Rica, great views of the ocean, as well as the mountains. Was a perfect location to get to other cities when wanting to travel to the many other beautiful beaches.The house host was spot on with communication during the booking process, and Francisco who was the main contact for the complimentary concierge service, did an amazing job with providing us all the necessary tools we needed to navigate our stay, as well as helping book and organize our delay activities.Francisco is one of the best concierges we have ever experienced, and helped make our trip to Costa Rica a very memorable experience.
