Comfortable accommodations. Beautiful grounds. Good communication with host.

The location, pools, grounds and Home were perfect for our needs. Upon arrival, the home needed a little airing out, but everything else was wonderful.Beds were comfortable, barbecues, and patio were inviting and sunsets and wave watching were amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good. The apartment was good and well stocked with towels & kitchen items although we did not use the pool or onsite facilities. We felt like we did not really have use of the lanai due to the birds making a mess or wanting any food one may have out there. Maybe some type of deterrent would help such as a plastic owl or such. It just didn't feel very clean out there. The mirrors in the bathroom over the sinks need to be replaced or a thorough clean as there was a lot of dust in the crevices as well as mold on the outside lower shower door. As nice as the tropical bedding decor is we would prefer bedding that can be fully washed between guests. Not bedcovers that are reused. Otherwise the property was fine.

Great location, sunset views and proximity to shoreline!3rd floor peek a boo of ocean nice. Close to elevator. Interior furniture shows wear and should be replaced, not deserving of price paid, unsatisfactory response from management
