Similar to other reviews. Short walk to the beautiful beach. The condo has a wonderful pool and canal area. The rooms are a bit dim at night. Nice place to stay though for a getaway.

Our last visit to Mexico Beach was two months before the hurricane. We decided to go back this summer. We enjoyed the Waterside Villa Condo. We were able to cook most of meals in the Condo. The kitchen was stocked well. Beds were comfortable. We will stay here again. Thank you for a great week.

Overall fine. Primary bed was not comfortable.Rather dark lighting. No lighting above showers. Clean, affordable and easy walk to the beach.

The shower curtain liner in master bath needs replacing. There were no extra blankets just bedspreads and they did not look clean so we ended up buying blankets. No quilts or comforter on beds in 2nd bedroom. Also first sink in master bath is stopped up. It was hard to use. The condo is conveniently located to the beach and not a bad walk. We enjoyed the pizza truck the first night. We come to Mexico Bch every summer just us girls and granddaughters. Hopefully we will return next year! We understand the condo is older but clean soft blankets would be a nice touch for your guests. I would also let housekeeper know the towels had blood stains on them. Maybe refresh towel inventory which I understand is not your fault but does reflect on you. Loved the idea of having a washer and dryer to keep our beach towels fresh and bathing suits. Also need to mention in case you aren’t aware the kitchen sink sprayer is broken. We truly don’t like to be “whiners” but we like to find our spot and stay with it. We were using a place for several years up the road on beach side but owner sold last fall and new owner doesn’t rent it. We enjoy that area so much. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
