Wonderful place!! Clean. Well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Our only “surprise” was it was part of the beach where vehicles drove on the beach. Not a deal breaker - just would be aware of it. It got pretty crowded on the beach.

This property is a nature lovers dream. Beautiful balconies to watch turtles, marsh bunnies, birds, and more. The private beach access is nice! Most of Amelia island beaches allow vehicles. This house is great because you walk slightly to the right of the access and your on "walk" only beach.This part was NOT CROWDED and there were lifeguards!! Big plus! This home is also half way to everything, such a great location! Visited Bone yard beach and the state park, two musts if you visit Amelia Island!! The house itself is sweet, great bathrooms and well stocked kitchen. Keep in mind townhouses have lots of steps, ill lighten my suitcase next visit lol. Also you need all your own beach equipment and towels which I prefer anyway. We enjoyed our stay so much, we immediately booked for next year!!

Great location. House well equipped. Bring everything you need for beach with you, including chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.

Unit was exactly as described. Proximity to the beach a definite highlight.
