5-Star Review of Agrabella Hotel We stayed at Agrabella Hotel in Hersonissos from 4 August until 11 August with a group of 8 friends, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We had two 4-person rooms, which were comfortable and perfect for our group. The hotel’s location is excellent, with everything you need close by, making it easy to explore Hersonissos during the day and enjoy the nightlife in the evening. What really made this holiday special was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, funny, and easy to talk to. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thank you goes to Maria, who gave us helpful advice after we had a small quad bike incident, which we really appreciated. She was always kind, approachable, and made us laugh throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed spending time at the pool (even if we may have bent the pool rules once or twice 😅). The atmosphere around the hotel was always relaxed and friendly, and the bar became our favourite place to end the day. Our last night, all of us sitting together, having drinks and laughing, is a memory we’ll never forget. Thank you to everyone at Agrabella Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will always remember our week in Crete and would happily stay here again. De ontbijt kon beter zijn

Hôtel situé à 5 minutes de marche de la plage et des restaurants en bordure de plage ainsi que de nombreuses boutiques. La gentillesse du personnel, professionnel (Maria et Marini , excellentes, toujours souriantes et serviables). Petit déjeuner très varié,il y en a pour tous les goûts.

La literie ainsi que le manque de propreté. La fermeture et ouverture des portes de chambres , même en faisant attention, ça claque et raisonne dans le couloir .

Het personeel was enorm aardig en tijdens happy hour kon je lekker drankjes halen voor een goede prijs, bij de bar aan het zwembad.

Er waren niet echrt duidelijk/realistische foto's van onze familiekamer te vinden op de site en toen we aankwamen bij de kamer schrokken wij enorm van wat we zagen. Er zou een keukentje inzitten met koelkast erbij, maar uiteindelijk stond er een een kleine koelkast tegen de muur in de kamer met verder niets eromheen, niet een een keuken kastje of aanrecht blad, niet zoals we hadden verwacht dus. Ook hadden wij een kamer met 2 tweepersoonsbedden en 1 eenpersoonsbed, maar het eenpersoonsbed sliep hetzelfde als dat je op de vloer zou gaan liggen (gelukkig sliepen de tweepersoonsbedden wel lekker).
