The situation of this apartment is ideal: in a residence, on the Pléneuf promenade, facing Val André beach. The location allows you to enjoy the Breton seaside resort in complete peace and quiet. You will only have a few metres to walk and you will be able to go swimming and relax on the warm sand. On your return, you can take advantage of the tap on the terrace to rinse your feet. The comfort of the accommodation, the terrace, the recent amenities, the elegant décor confirm your choice for a short stay or a seaside holiday. Located on the ground floor, the terrace is spacious and south-west facing, you can make the most of it to take a break reading a book or sipping a nice fresh juice.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. You will find two bedrooms, the decoration gives them a serene atmosphere, ideal for a good night's sleep.
As for the main room, it is entirely open plan, the kitchen is equipped with a combined microwave oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer, electric filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press and a table where you can share your meals.
As for the lounge, a soft luminous cocoon, where you can settle in for some television time and then you can unfold the sofa and let yourself drift off in the arms of Morpheus.
To make your stay even more pleasant, the accommodation also has a shower room, a toilet and a parking space.

Cet appartement est idéalement situé , près de la plage, sans rue à traverser. Il est bien équipé. Chaque chambre a son placard de rangement.
Il manque dans la cuisine un éclairage au dessus de l’évier, un couteau d’office, une cloche pour le micro-ondes, dans la salle de bain prévoir des crochets pour les serviettes ( 1 seul crochet pour une capacité de 6 personnes), dans les toilettes il y avait sans doute la possibilité d’installer un lave-mains et des étagères hautes .

Nous avons passé un excellent moment, la résidence de L’amiral est très bien placée face à la mer ,toutes les commodités y sont réunies ,très propre et paisible.
Un grand grand merci à Marie Noëlle qui est une excellente hôtesse, très sympathique, chaleureuse et accueillante n’hésitant pas à nous indiquer de bons petits restaurants et de belles visites à faire.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, superbes locations.
L’appartement est parfait, belles décorations!
Quelques petites améliorations seraient les bienvenues par exemple de quoi déposer les produits à l’intérieur de la douche, un placard supplémentaire dans la salle de bain et un peu plus d’ustensiles pour cuisiner.
