BIG spacious room , cleaned every single day , no problem with parking BAR downstairs, friendly employees at the bar even if not all of them speak english , they were even able to prepare birthday cake on the last minute

***not reception- well there is desk but there were no body the only contact u can have is via whatsapp or in the bar which is not very helpful if u are there first time and need help ***not everyone speak english at the bar they should make sure that for each shift there should be at least one employee who speak english - because trying to comunicate what u want and need can be challening especially during busy periods and we found out that Enny food is quite popular among local , polizia etc .... ***food selection is quite simple not what am get used to in italy u got just one piece of sweet or savoury rools and a drink it would be fine but for a person who is vegan there were no option and for vegetarian only 2 option , they should have more savoury option without meet and maybe some cheese and veg and fruit plates would be also great doesnt need to be included in free breakfest we would be happy pay for it but in regards of breakfest variety the worst i ever experience.

We arrived quite late but the staff was very patient and helpful. The bar attached to the accommodation had some lovely food and drink and we were able to enjoy a nice bottle of Prosecco and some tasty meze style plates. We had a very nice arancini and coffee for breakfast even though it's quite a busy location for locals and many others. Staff was very relaxed and warm. We only stayed the one night as we were traveling from Palermo Airport to other locations but, I would recommend this establishment for sure.

Following Sat-Nav (Apple Play) brought us to the wrong location and was a bit stressful as it was late but, with their help we were able to find it not so far away. I recommend you get clarification before heading there.

Easy to check in, the location is great, the property is clean and comfy

the room was a good size once I found it. the shower was very good.

the noise from the kitchen fan despite having paid to overlook the courtyard was very annoying because it started at 0430 both days. the location was not perfect and the breakfast consisted of a drink and sandwich with healthy options like fruit or yogurts etc
