The 47 m² Kaminstüberl is located on the second floor of our farmhouse. The studio can accommodate up to 4 people—it features a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed and a 170 cm-wide sofa bed. Our well-equipped kitchen with a cozy seating area features an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, hand mixer, and immersion blender, as well as plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and dish towels.

The shower includes a toilet and a hair dryer, as well as one hand towel and one bath towel per person.

In addition to the underfloor heating, a tiled stove provides cozy warmth when needed. On the balcony, furnished with patio furniture, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the natural surroundings.



Our farm is situated in a completely secluded location, surrounded by meadows at the edge of the forest and in close proximity to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. Here, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Kitzbühel mountains. We keep horses and a cat on our farm. In the mornings and evenings, you can watch the deer grazing. If you’re looking to enjoy some peace and quiet, you’ve come to the right place.

The village center is about a 10-minute walk away, where you’ll find a bakery and a small supermarket. You can also take the Rosenweg, a walking path along the edge of the forest, past the Ritterspielplatz playground.
The village of Itter is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours.
The Salvista Gondola’s valley station is just a few minutes away by car or the free ski bus.
