Very charming B&B, we loved the devour (very fitting to BA vibe). Lovely and easy going staff. Great breakfast, one morning we had to leave early and they were very accommodating - they left us a breakfast feast in the room the night before. We had a duplex which was a bit cold in Spring, but there was a heater in the room which helped.
Nothing to complain about. Location is a bit far from city centre, but the area is safe, buzzing and well connected by busses and metro.

Very nice place, a lot of good recommendations from the host, perfect location.
But there was no breakfast on the sunday. And the rooms were a bit noisy.

Pros - location (nice area) and staff were lovely, kind and helpful. Sheets and towels were clean, hot water in the shower, and bed comfortable for my one night stay.
Cons - a little old and run down. As other reviewers have said: "you get what you pay for". It seemed to me like the whole place could use a good scrubbing and a coat of paint.
