If you are tired already going thru Grado accommodation incessant options, my educated (sorry for my modesty) advice for you (or your spouse peeking over your shoulder) would be to break stop right here and book this jewel. I will provide you with 10 reasons why so. 1. The location is supersmart, be it a stone's throw to the beach, wondrous town center, bus station, an assortment of genuine Italian restaurants, supermarkets, a tour boat starting point (on the photo), relaxing park over the laguna shore (or garbage bins cleared daily). 2. The apartment is fully equipped and suffused with everything you need 3. Beds and sofas are sleeping paradises 4. Clean, fresh like expensive aftershave 5. Spacious enough to accommodate the tribe of the whole family without tiptoeing on each other; my mother-in-law and me lived in different universes, which is thrilling 6. Cafe (there are three džezvas of different size in the kitchen) at the balcony boosts you into the day you dreamt of 7. As quite as you cannot imagine in lovely Italy - maybe, because of Grado's Habsburgs' vibes? 8. The designer invested his or her maritime adoration into this lovely nest, this apartment is far from being boringly beige 9. Laguna Condominium where the apartment is located is a convent of pious neighbors observing the strict code of mutual respect, immaculate cleanness and maintenance of every detail 10. The last but not the least, excellent support from landlords (Agenzia Immobiliare Adriatica), with special thanks to omnipresent Federica. Not that we troubled them much (because there was no pressing need to), but every time they were around ready to proffer advice and Grado lifehack and help. To sum up, if sprezzatura can manifest itself in a dwelling, then Appartamenti Parco delle Rose is its embodiment

If there were any smallest of the wrinkles, we whispered them to Federica - by the time you, a dignified reader would arrive here, they would be ironed out
